Apparel Line has a fleet of eight vehicles in Auckland, one in Hamilton, and one in Christchurch. In the other centres around New Zealand, we operate with a network of local distribution agents. We carefully choose our partners who are known locally to be the best, as well as ensure they are all equipped to move your freight hanging.
We operate a range of vehicle sizes ensuring that more or less any shipment size can be catered for.
TRACK AND TRACE:
Apparel Line has a sound IT infrastructure, where our freight management system gives us the capacity to be responsive to the IT requirements of our customers. Our IT system allows us the visibility to monitor your consignments closely from pickup right through to delivery, enabling us to be proactive, not reactive to any queries and issues.
Our track and trace system guarantees our customers transparency and clarity, and is available to all of our customers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
MOBILE DATA UNITS:
Each of our friendly drivers carries with them a mobile data unit which enables them to scan each and every piece that moves through us. This includes a scan upon pick up, and a scan upon delivery, with a signature obtained. Each of these scans are visible to our customers through the Track and Trace system, and mean that we are able to provide you with real time information on the whereabouts of each and every single piece you send through us. Also should you request proof of delivery, these mobile data units mean that we are able to provide you with proof of delivery should you request it.
